California Environmental Engineering:
Independent lab CEE is Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recognized and California Air Resources Board (CARB) certified.
“The results using Ethos showed a significant improvement in lowering tailpipe emissions and improving fuel economy.”
“Nothing we have tested so far is quite as drastic as the reductions we got with the Ethos product.”
Joe Jones, Research Director, California Environmental Engineering Laboratory. [Executive Summaries & Test Data]
CORPORATE CLIENTS
Precision Motor Transport Group:
Operate a fleet of over 300 “big rigs” and log hundreds of thousands of miles annually. Precision Motor Transport Group use Ethos FR™ in their fuel and oil and as a result are realizing a savings of between 8% – 10% on fuel. [A reduction of 480,000 to 600,000 gallons of fuel annually = savings of over 1 million dollars annually.] PMTG also use Ethos Fr in their hydraulic fluid; they use it with bio-diesel and ultra low sulfur resulting in dramatically reduced emissions and reduced maintenance costs. [Letter of recommendation.] [Test Data.] [Test Data.]
“Our results were nothing less than spectacular. The Detroit Series 60 truck had a 9% increase in its miles per gallon and the Caterpillar truck had a 22% improvement. The drivers reported a significant reduction in smoke from the exhaust, more power from the truck, reduced noise, and significantly better fuel economy. One driver was quoted as saying ‘I have never gone this far on a tank of fuel.’ The improvement was realized over the duration of the test.”
Joe Jacobson, CFO/owner Precision Motor Transport Group
Allied Waste Services of San Diego, California

Above:
Jerry Schnitzius, former General Manager of Allied Waste Services San Diego
Publicly traded Allied Waste Services has dramatically decreased its San Diego county fleet emissions by 71 percent. The fleet average opacity emission testing in 2007, was 6.32% compared with 21.6% in 2001, an impressive reduction in particulate matter. Allied has reduced atmosphere particulates from its Chula Vista fleet alone by more than 500 tons a year.
As a result Allied Waste received an Earth Day Corporate Award from the City of San Diego.
The reduction in emissions was caused by more efficient burning of fuel, saving the South Western division on average over 1 million dollars in each of the past 7 years. [Test Data.]
Pacific Waste a division of Allied waste states:
“We have been using Ethos FR in our entire fleet… To date we’ve seen a 63.9% average reduction in opacity (emissions) fleet wide, as well as a 10% reduction in fuel consumption.” [Letter of recommendation.]
Extreme Motor Sports:
A high end European auto service reports “We were getting 10 – 14% fuel cost savings, net savings 7 – 11% plus an intangible smoother engine operation benefit.” [Letter of recommendation.]
Medellin, Colombia (pop. 3.2 million):
Struggles with significant air pollution problems and the detrimental effect on human health. After an extensive four-month testing process, Interaseo a leader in the Colombian waste removal industry was able to verify dramatic reductions in fleet emissions with the use of Ethos Fuel Reformulator®.
National Automotive Quality Award:
With the support of Mexico’s Federal and State Governements, Ethos Environmental, Inc. was recently awarded the National Automotive Quality Award by CNT: “La Confederacion Nacional de Talleres de Servicio Automotriz y Similar” (The National Automotive Service Association).

- FERIC, an internationally recognized, non-profit, research and development organization, verified with an SAE-Based Test Protocol that Ethos FR increases fuel efficiency and significantly reduces emissions. When compared to a control vehicle following the rigorous testing protocol, the results concluded that Ethos FR successfully improved fuel efficiency and reduced harmful diesel emissions, as measured in opacity. In fact, the Ethos-treated engine reduced emissions by 29.1% when compared to the baseline test. The test results verify that the Ethos-treated engine reduced fuel consumption. SAE, formerly the Society of Automotive Engineers, probably best known for its motor oil classification standards, “creates and manages more aerospace and ground vehicle standards than any other entity in the world” (from the SAE website history).
- EPA approved Labratory test. “A test performed in October 2008 according to the listed ASTM (American Society of Testing & Materials), procedures with no modifications or deviations, confirmed that Ethos FR increases lubricity in engine oil.” “Ethos FR increases lubricity in engine oil by 10% thereby allowing engines to run cooler and reduce friction, resulting in greater engine life.” “The facility that performed the test is an EPA approved laboratory.”

- The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act that was enacted by congress in 1975 states that an engine or vehicles manufacturer’s warranty CANNOT be voided by the consumer who chooses to use an additive. This is a federal statute that governs warranties on consumer products and that includes all vehicles, engines and equipment. Again, Ethos FR will NOT null or void your vehicle warranty.
- Liability: Ethos Environmental, Inc. the manufacturer of Ethos FR carries substantial liability coverage. There has not been any challenges in 10 years on the use of the product which is non-toxic, non-flammable (non petroleum based) and biodegradable.
